SmartProtect is a complementary Android security layer. Depending on configuration, it can record unlock attempts and other protected events and send the available information to the user.
2. Permitted use
Use SmartProtect only on your own device or with the owner’s express permission. Illegal surveillance, stalking, privacy invasion, unauthorized access and any unlawful purpose are prohibited.
3. Setup and permissions
Operation depends on the device model, Android version, connectivity, background services, battery settings and granted permissions. You are responsible for entering the correct email, maintaining permissions and running the in-app tests.
4. Protection limits
Not every alert will contain a photo, audio or location. SmartProtect does not prevent theft, loss, shutdown or access; does not replace Find My Device; does not guarantee identification; and does not guarantee recovery. The team cannot locate devices on request.
5. Alerts and email
Delivery depends on device connectivity, email infrastructure and the recipient provider’s rules. Check Spam and Junk folders and secure access to your own mailbox.
6. Premium features and Google Play
Where paid features are offered, purchase, renewal, cancellation and possible refunds are processed by Google Play and follow the conditions shown in the store and applicable policies. Purchase restoration may require the original Google account.
7. Availability and updates
Features may be corrected, updated, replaced or discontinued for technical, legal or security reasons. Maintenance, external failures and Android changes may temporarily affect the service.
8. Intellectual property
The SmartProtect brand, visual identity, text, code and other elements are protected. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to users.
9. Responsibility
Users remain responsible for protecting passwords, blocking SIM and IMEI, using Android tools and contacting authorities when needed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights granted by mandatory consumer law.
10. Ending use and contact
You may stop using the service, disable device administrator and uninstall the app. Violations may lead to service restrictions. Questions may be sent to the official contact.
